  • 300 grams Whole Wheat Pasta
  • 2 chopped Bell Peppers
  • 1 chopped Onion
  • 100 grams Spinach
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tbsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Cumin Powder


  1. Boil up the pasta till nice and soft, and edible.
  2. Sauté diced onion in oil with salt till translucent.
  3. Add spinach, bell peppers and the seasoning: cayenne pepper, chili powder, pepper and cumin powder.
  4. Mix everything well till spinach is wilted. Stir for 30 more seconds.
  5. Add the pasta and 1/2 cup milk. Mix well till milk well absorbed.
  6. Add the remaining 1/2 milk and cheese. Mix till thick and creamy.
  7. Garnish with oregano, grated parmesan cheese and cayenne pepper.
  8. Serve hot!
