Spicy Thai Veg Pasta

Ingredients:

Diced Onion

– Preparation –

Mushroom (any)

 

 

 

 

 

 

For Seasoning: 

Olive Oil (Sprinkle on Pasta)

Mushroom Sauce

Soya Sauce

Salt (Sprinkle on Pasta)

Fresh Basil Leaves

Directions:

Step 1: Boil pasta. Drain the hot water and wash in chill-cold water. Place it in a bowl and sprinkle Olive Oil + Salt to taste. Mix well so pasta does not stick. Set aside, lets cook!

Step 2: Sauté the onion. Add garlic & chili to fragrant onion.

Step 3: Mix onion & Garlic-Chili. Stir fry for at least a minute.

Step 4: Add diced baby corn. Add seasoning sauces -mushroom sauce & soya sauce.

Step 5: Add boiled pasta & basil leaves to the stir fried veggies. 

Step 6: Eat Well!
