Good Morning Meal

It’s Sunday!! It’s time for food food and more food. I started the day with avocados and egg for breakfast. It’s my first time ever using them for cooking a meal, trial and error is the game. I prepared 2 dishes, different types, 1 is baked avocadolk and 1 toastado eggwhite. These aren’t real names…I just made them up, makes me feel like a cool chef 😉

Don’t they just look so good? I was so excited to eat it up, that it didn’t last long in the plate.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 Egg
  • 1-2 Bread
  • Black pepper powder
  • Salt
  • Hot Sauce (as per choice-I used yellow chili sauce)

Note: Serves 2

Recipe:

Step 1: Split the Egg-white & Yolk.

Step 3: You have 2 halves. Keep 1 aside and make cuts in 1.

Step 4: Slip the egg yolk into 1 half of the avocado. Season it with salt and pepper!

Step 5: Time to bake the Avocadolk! Keep it in the oven for 10 minutes.

AVOCADOLK is ready!! It’s time for Toastado EggWhite.

Step 2: Get a scooping spoon to scoop out the avocado

Step 4: Whisk the egg white till foamy. And fry it on a pan like an omelette.

Step 4: Ready the toast and place the egg-white omelette on it.

Step 6: Place the avocado slices on top of the egg-white omelette. Season it with salt, pepper and hot sauce.

Step 7: Cut the TOASTADO in half and it’s ready!!
